Adastra is a family owned winery with twelve acres of certified organic vineyards.

In 2002, Adastra began to farm organically in the belief that this would produce better quality grapes and have a positive environmental impact. In 2005 its vineyards were certified organic by the California Certified Organic Farmers. They produce Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Syrah and Merlot.
