The Crepe Bar is a breakfast crepe restaurant in Tempe, Arizona offering sweet and savory crepes, espresso and breakfast cocktails. Chef and owner Jeff Kraus is slowly working towards Crepe becoming a zero waste restaurant. He uses every possible part of his locally sourced vegetables and has even turned excess crepe batter into the playful, crepe chip.
