Fortify Kitchen and Bar is a restaurant in Clayton, GA opened by Duo Jamie Allred and Jack Nolan to bring healthy, delicious local food to the community. Allred and Nolan source from organic, sustainable farms and focus on serving seasonal, vibrant ingredients. They are also incredibly active in the food community, working with the Northeast Georgia Food Bank and Georgia Organics to demonstrate how eating well positively impacts people and the environment. Chef Allred was nominated for Best Chefs America four years in a row and Nolan has over twenty-five years in the industry, working every position from the bottom up.
