Chef Sean Wight created Frog Hollow Tavern, a stylish dining hall highlighting local, regional and seasonally-driven ingredients.  He boasts a large sustainable wine selection and a full bar with fresh-squeezed juices. Chef Wight has a large list of local vendors that focus on sustainable, organic and biodynamic practices. Frog Hollow is only one of his three Georgian restaurants, the other two being Craft and Vine, and Farmhaus Burger.
