Kopali Organics is a company offering fair trade and organic chocolate and chocolate covered fruits. The company founders were moved by their time in Costa Rica. Their inspiration was two fold, on one hand they wanted to support small family owned farms who were being put out of business by conventional, corporate agriculture. The other motivation was sharing great tasting, nutritious, organic foods.
