Ozuke founders, Mara and Willow King, started making live, raw krauts and kim-chis in their home kitchen to enjoy with their families and friends. The results were so delicious that they have since grown into a dedicated factory with a full time staff.  Ozuke sources the veggies for their vegan and kosher kraut and Kim-chi from organic farmers.
