Named for the owners Boston Terrier, Penelope Co, Soy Wax Candles started in the kitchen of founders Christine and Matt Holt.  They hand mix fragrance oils with their soy wax to create unique smelling candles in Oakland, CA. With 100% cotton wicks, you can feel comfortable lighting a Penelope candle. They also use recycled craft paper to make their labels and encourage you to repurpose your candle holder once you’ve finished it!
