Sassafras Fork’s one hundred and fifty acres is situated in the rolling hills of rural Granville County North Carolina. Convening interests in sustainable agriculture brought the father-daughter duo together in 2011, when Sassafras Fork officially became a family-farming endeavor. J.Ed. and Stephanie’s joint passion and curiosity for working outside, growing and raising food and flowers continues to guide our daily lives on the farm.
