Sea Bags was born as recycled and upcycled sails were transformed into nautically inspired totes and accessories. All products are designed and sewn in a building that hangs over the water on Custom House Wharf in the heart of Portland’s working waterfront.
The company sources the materials used for their products from Maine, New England and around the US, collecting sails one at a time through a network of passionate boaters who love the community waters.
