Slipstream Organics began when one of the owners, Mike, was visiting Boulder, CO and tasted the most delicious granola.  He met the maker, Heidi and started selling her granola at his bicycle shop.  It was so popular the two decided to bring this wonderful granola to a broader market and formed Slipstream Organics in the Spring of 2013.
